01Who we are and what these terms cover
ParcelMood.ai is operated by ADS Delivery OOD, a company incorporated under the laws of Bulgaria, company number 208549000, with its registered office at 192A Cherni Vrah Blvd., 1407 Sofia, Bulgaria ("ADS", "we", "us").
These Terms of Use apply when you open a ParcelMood tracking page that a store sent you, a friend page that someone shared with you, or when you answer a question or make a story video on those pages. You do not need an account. By using these pages you accept these Terms of Use.
The store that sold your order decides to send you a tracking page and supplies the order information on it. Your purchase, delivery, returns and any coupon or gift are matters between you and that store, under its own terms.
02Minimum age
You must be at least 16 years old to answer a question on a friend page or to make a story video. Where you are asked, you confirm this yourself. We do not ask for your date of birth and do not verify your age.
03Tracking pages
A tracking page shows your order in four moments with films and scenes. The films and scenes are illustrative. Where the page shows carrier information, it comes from the carrier through a third-party tracking provider and may be late, incomplete or wrong. Nothing on the page is an official carrier record, proof of delivery or a promise of a delivery date. For questions about your order, contact the store.
An estimated arrival day is a prediction made from the carrier's information and the store's past deliveries. It is shown with a window and a confidence level, and the carrier decides the actual day.
Each page has its own private link. Anyone who has the link can open it, so share it only with people you want to see it.
04Asking friends and answering
If you ask your friends from your tracking page, we create a friend page that shows your first name, the product and the store. It is reachable by its link and is kept out of search engines. Link previews in messaging apps show the same.
A friend page lets each device answer once. To do that, your browser keeps a random identifier, and we keep your answer with that identifier. Only totals are shown. Do not try to answer more than once, automate answers or otherwise distort the result.
05Story videos
A story video is made on your own device and is not uploaded to us. It shows the store's logo, the product and a link to the friend page. You may post it for your own non-commercial use. Once you post or send it through another app, that app's terms apply and we cannot recall or delete the copies.
06Your own photo
Where the store's page offers it, you can photograph what arrived. The photo is sent to our background-removal provider, only the cut-out is kept with your tracking page, and it is deleted with that page. Photograph only the item you received: no people, no other people's belongings, no documents or addresses. You confirm you may share the photo.
07Rating cards
After delivery you can make a rating card of what you received, showing its picture, the name you give it, your first name and the store's logo. Anyone with the card's link can open it and rate it from 1 to 10 for 24 hours; then it is sealed. Each device rates once. A card is kept out of search engines and is deleted with your tracking page.
Ratings are the personal opinions of the people who gave them. They are not reviews of the store, the brand or the product, are not checked or moderated in advance, and must not be presented as reviews. Neither we nor the store pay for, reward or edit ratings.
The name you give a card must not be offensive, misleading, or include anyone's personal data or someone else's trademark as your own. We may remove a card that breaks these rules. Report a card with the link on its page.
08Acceptable use
When using ParcelMood pages you must not:
- scrape, copy or reuse the pages, films or scenes other than as the pages allow;
- probe, overload or circumvent the security or limits of the service;
- rate more than once, automate ratings or answers, or ask others to do so to distort a result;
- use the pages to harass, mislead or impersonate anyone; or
- use the ParcelMood name or a store's brand in a way that suggests an affiliation that does not exist.
09Rights in the pages
The ParcelMood software, films, scenes, name and logo belong to ADS or its licensors. The store's name, logo and product photos belong to the store or their owners. All other brand names remain the property of their owners, and their appearance does not mean they endorse ParcelMood or the store.
10Availability and liability
The pages are provided free of charge, as they are and as available. We may change or withdraw features.
We are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breach of these Terms of Use or of our negligence, as far as the law requires. Nothing in these Terms of Use limits your rights as a consumer under the law of the country where you live, or any liability that cannot be limited by law.
11Your data
How we handle information about you is explained in the Privacy Policy.
12Law, changes and contact
These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of the Republic of Bulgaria. If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory rules of the country where you live, and you may bring a claim in the courts there.
We may update these Terms of Use. The version posted on this page, with its date, is the one that applies.
