01Who we are
ParcelMood.ai (“ParcelMood”, “we”, “us”) is owned and operated by ADS Delivery OOD, a company registered in Bulgaria under UIC 208549000, with registered address at Blvd. “Cherni Vrah” 192A, fl. 6, apt. 19, Triaditsa District, 1407 Sofia, Bulgaria.
These Terms govern the relationship between ADS Delivery OOD and the store, brand or other business that creates or uses a ParcelMood account (the “Store” or “you”). By creating an account, signing in, or using the service, you accept these Terms on behalf of the Store and confirm you are authorised to do so.
02The service
ParcelMood turns a Store's shipments into branded, personal tracking pages. Depending on the plan, the service lets the Store:
- show each buyer a tracking page with four moments (Locked in, On the move, Almost there, Here), films, and the buyer's product;
- upload a logo and product photos, which we cut out (remove the background) automatically;
- display a coupon or offer the Store has created in its own shop;
- let buyers send a link to friends, who can answer one question in one tap, and let buyers save a short story video on their own phone;
- see counts such as pages sent, opened and shared.
Tracking information comes from the Store's e-commerce platform and from carriers or tracking providers. It can be late, incomplete or wrong. ParcelMood displays that information; it does not carry parcels and does not guarantee any delivery date.
03Accounts and sign-in
You can sign in with Google, with Apple, or with your work email and a store code. You are responsible for everyone you invite to your account and for keeping store codes confidential. Tell us at once at legal@parcelmood.ai if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.
04Pilot, plans and fees
A pilot is free for its stated period and order allowance. It does not oblige you to buy a paid plan, and it does not oblige us to keep offering the service after it ends. Paid plans, their allowances and prices are shown in the dashboard or in a written order form. Fees are exclusive of taxes, which you pay where applicable. Plan changes are made by us on your request; the plan is never set from the browser.
05Your content
“Store Content” means your logo, product photos, texts, colours, offer codes and anything else you upload or configure. You keep all rights in it. You grant ADS Delivery OOD a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, reproduce, resize, cut out, adapt and display Store Content solely to provide the service to you.
You confirm that you have the rights needed for Store Content, including any trademarks and product images. We do not use Store Content or buyer data to train AI models.
06Coupons and offers
You create coupon codes in your own shop and decide their terms. ParcelMood only displays the code and offer line you enter. You are responsible for honouring the offer, for its conditions and for any consumer-law obligations that apply to it.
07Buyers, friends and personal data
For buyer information (for example a first name, order number, city, product and tracking status), the Store is the controller and ADS Delivery OOD processes it on the Store's behalf under the Data Processing Agreement, which forms part of these Terms. You confirm that you have a lawful basis to share this information with us and to send tracking pages to your buyers.
Friends who open a shared link can answer one question without an account. How we handle that is described in our Privacy Policy.
08Acceptable use
You must not use ParcelMood to:
- send pages to people you have no relationship with, or for unsolicited marketing;
- upload unlawful, infringing, misleading or harmful content;
- impersonate another business or person;
- probe, overload, scrape or circumvent the security or limits of the service.
09Our platform
The ParcelMood software, films, scenes, designs, the name and the logo belong to ADS Delivery OOD or its licensors. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use them as part of the service while your account is active.
10Suspension and termination
You can close your account at any time from the dashboard or by writing to us. We may suspend or end the service if you breach these Terms, fail to pay, or if continuing would expose us or others to legal risk. After closure we delete Store Content and buyer data within 30 days, unless the law requires us to keep something longer.
11Warranties and liability
The service is provided as it is and as available. To the extent the law allows, we exclude implied warranties, and our total liability arising from these Terms in any 12 months is limited to the fees you paid us in that period, or EUR 100 during a free pilot.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or any other liability that cannot be limited by law.
12Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Bulgaria. The courts of Sofia have exclusive jurisdiction, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
13Changes and contact
We may update these Terms. For material changes we will notify you in the dashboard or by email at least 14 days before they apply. Questions: legal@parcelmood.ai.
