01Our commitment
ADS Delivery OOD wants everyone to be able to follow their order and use ParcelMood, whatever their abilities or the device they use. We design the buyer pages, friend pages and the store dashboard to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 level AA, the standard referenced by EN 301 549 and the European Accessibility Act.
02Conformance status
ParcelMood is partially conformant with WCAG 2.1 level AA: most content meets the standard, and the exceptions below are known and being worked on.
03What you can do on every page
Every page has an accessibility button that opens these settings. They are saved on your device:
- Text size, in three steps up to 150%;
- Higher contrast, with brighter text on darker backgrounds;
- Emphasize links, which underlines links and buttons and shows a strong focus ring;
- A plain, readable font with more line space;
- Stop motion, which pauses films and animations; pages also follow your device's reduce-motion setting;
- A large cursor, on a computer.
All controls can be reached and used with a keyboard, with a visible focus outline. Buttons and images carry text labels for screen readers. Films carry music only, no speech, so no captions are needed; the text on each page states the order status in words.
04Known limitations
- The films are decorative. The order status they illustrate is always also written on the page.
- Story videos made on a buyer's device contain text drawn into the picture; the same information is on the page they link to.
- Store logos and product photos are supplied by stores; where a store's image has low contrast, the page adds a background plate behind the logo.
- Some carrier status messages come from carriers and third-party providers in their own wording.
05Feedback and contact
If you meet a barrier on ParcelMood, write to hello@parcelmood.ai with the page address and what happened. We aim to reply within five working days and, where we can, to provide the information in another format.
06Enforcement
If you are not satisfied with our answer, or we do not answer, you can complain to the authority that enforces accessibility requirements.
In Bulgaria, where we are established, the Commission for Consumer Protection (Комисия за защита на потребителите) supervises the accessibility of e-commerce services and takes complaints from consumers and from organisations of persons with disabilities under the Accessibility Requirements for Products and Services Act (Закон за изискванията за достъпност на продукти и услуги), which implements the European Accessibility Act. 1 Vrabcha Street, 1000 Sofia, Bulgaria; www.kzp.bg.
You may also contact the authority responsible for accessibility in the EU country where you live.
